HALESTORM RECORDING THIRD ALBUM; GRAMMY®-WINNING HARD ROCKERS TO JOIN ERIC CHURCH ON NEWLY ANNOUNCED LEG OF HIS “OUTSIDERS WORLD TOUR”; SELECT HEADLINE DATES ALSO SLATED FOR NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER; FRONTWOMAN LZZY HALE HONORED BY GIBSON USA WITH LIMITED EDITION LZZY HALE EXPLORER Atlantic recording group Halestorm has announced an array of activity while recording the hugely anticipated follow-up to 2012’s chart-topping “THE STRANGE CASE OF…” The GRAMMY® Award-winning hard rock band is working in Nashville with producer Jay Joyce (Eric Church, Cage The Elephant), with the as-yet-untitled third album slated to arrive in 2015. Meanwhile, Halestorm is set for a second run supporting Eric Church on his blockbuster “Outsiders World Tour.” The new dates begin January 8th at New Orleans’ Smoothie King Center and then continue through early February (see attached itinerary). The “Outsiders World Tour” carries on the phenomenal pairing of Halestorm and Eric Church, a collaboration begun when the country superstar teamed with Halestorm frontwoman Lzzy Hale for a show-stopping duet performance of his hit single, “That’s Damn Rock & Roll,” on this summer’s 2014 CMT Music Awards. Halestorm will next join forces with Church and the acclaimed “Outsiders World Tour” on November 20th at Green Bay’s Resch Center, with dates scheduled through mid-December. Acclaimed as one of modern hard rock’s most explosive live acts, Halestorm will rev up for the “Outsiders World Tour” with their own slate of headline shows, beginning November 11th at Chattanooga’s Track 29. For complete details, please visit In other news, Hale has just been honored with Gibson USA’s Limited Edition Lzzy Hale Explorer, an iconic new guitar inspired by its namesake’s rebellious spirit and distinctive style. For complete details, please visit “Since I first held a Gibson, I dreamt of having a model all to my own,” Hale says. “This Explorer is a reflection of me. A classic metal shape, with a touch of regality that you can only find in a woman who loves rock ‘n’ roll. I'm so happy to unleash ‘Lady Evil’ into the world... named solely after the way this guitar makes me feel when she's in my arms. I know you will love her too!” In other news, Halestorm will release a vinyl edition of both of their previously released covers EPs. “ReAniMate: The CoVeRs Collection (2011-2014)” will be available on December 2 via the band’s webstore. Released in 2012, “THE STRANGE CASE OF…,” debuted at #1 on Billboard’s “Hard Rock Albums” chart while also making a top 15 entry onto the overall Billboard 200. The album’s exceptional success was fueled in large part by the hit single, “Love Bites (So Do I),” which made history by ascending to #1 at Active Rock radio outlets nationwide, marking Halestorm as the first-ever female-fronted group to top the format’s airplay ranking. The group followed up the single with a second #1 at the format with the song “Freak Like Me,” and “Love Bites (So Do I)” went on to win the band their first-ever GRAMMY® for “Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance” at 2013’s 55th annual event.
