And Follow Up to Multi-Platinum âChristmasâ CD

For Immediate Release

Feb. 20, 2013 - Michael Bubléâs highly anticipated new studio album âTo Be Loved,â scheduled to be released on April 23rd was announced today by Reprise Records. The first single, âItâs A Beautiful Day,â co-written by Bublé, is scheduled to be released February 25th. âTo Be Loved,â Bubléâs sixth studio album follows his âChristmasâ CD which sold seven million copies internationally and was the second biggest selling album of 2011 (after Adele).

âTo Be Lovedâ produced by Bob Rock was recorded in Vancouver and Los Angeles and includes a mix of standards as well as four original songs all co-written by Bublé. âAfter All,â one of the four originals was co-written and performed by fellow Canadian Bryan Adams. The new album also includes hits previously recorded by some of Bubléâs musical heroes including the Bee Gees hit âTo Love Somebody,â Dean Martinâs âNevertheless (Iâm In Love With You),â The Jackson 5âs early â70âs smash âWhoâs Loving You,â Jackie Wilsonâs âTo Be Lovedâ and the Elvis Presley classic âHave I Told You Lately.â Bublé is joined by actress Reese Witherspoon on the classic Frank and Nancy Sinatra duet âSomething Stupid.â

âMy new record is about love, happiness, fun and yummy things. Getting to work with my friend and longtime collaborator Bob Rock (âCall Me Irresponsible,â âCrazy Loveâ and âChristmasâ) who produced the entire album was very exciting. Weâre a good team. I love the songs we selected this time out. It was also terrific working once again with my songwriting partnersâ commented Bublé.

Later this year, Bublé is scheduled to perform 10 sellout shows at Londonâs 02 Arena beginning June 30th.
