This new EP will support Biffy’s upcoming North American headline tour, which kicks off in Charlotte, NC on September 28th, continues through October 10th in Philadelphia, PA and includes a sold-out show at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg October 9th. Full tour dates are below, Morning Parade will support.
Biffy Clyro were last in N.A. this spring playing Coachella and touring with Muse, including two shows at Madison Square Garden. Released earlier this year, Opposites debuted at #1 in the UK with over 70,000 copies sold first week. It won the Kerrang Award for Best Album, and Biffy won this year’s NME Award for Best British Band. They are currently nominated for two Q Awards, for Best Album and Best Act in the World Today.
The Scottish trio rocked this summer’s Reading & Leeds Festivals with two amazing headline performances: NME declared "seeing Biffy headline a festival as big as Leeds was refreshing, like a breeze running through the whole music scene," Gigwise agreed, calling their performance "the biggest highlight of the weekend." Rock Sound summed it up, saying "this is a master class in outplaying, outclassing and, in all honesty, not giving the slightest s**t about the competition...they duly ram home their status as one of the best live bands the world has to offer, period."
